उत्तराखण्ड होमगार्ड्स के उन्हीं वैतनिक / अवैतनिक सदस्यों के पुत्र, पुत्री, पत्नी या पति को उक्तानुसार निर्धारित अंक इस दशा में ही प्रदान किये जायेंगे, जबकि सम्बन्धित के द्वारा बिना किसी व्यवधान के 10 वर्ष की सन्तोषजनक सेवा उत्तराखण्ड होमगार्डस विभाग में पूर्ण की गयी हो।
शैक्षिक योग्यता:- अभ्यर्थियों की न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता हाईस्कूल रखी जाय एवं शैक्षिक योग्यता के आधार पर निम्नानुसार अंक दिये जायें:-

वाहन चालक:- वाहनों के वैद्य ड्राइविंग लाईसेंस धारक को 05 अंक निम्नानुसार प्रदान किये जायेंगे, किन्तु यह आवश्यक होगा कि ड्राइविंग लाईसेंस भर्ती की विज्ञापन तिथि से 01 वर्ष पूर्व का हो:-
क- भारी वाहन चालक – 05 अंक
ख- हल्का वाहन चालक – 03 अंक
परीक्षाफल:- शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा में प्राप्त प्राप्तांकों तथा सम्बन्धित श्रेणी के लिए नियत अधिमान अंको के योग के आधार पर विद्यमान आरक्षण नियमों के दृष्टिगत रिक्ति के सापेक्ष अन्तिम मैरिट सूची बनाई जायेगी। रिक्तियों के सापेक्ष परीक्षा में सफल घोषित अभ्यार्थियों की संयुक्त प्राप्तांक सूची (शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा, शैक्षिक योग्यता एवं अधिमान अंको को जोड़कर) के आधार पर विद्यमान आरक्षण नियमों, वरिष्ठता निर्धारण हेतु निर्धारित नियमों के दृष्टिगत प्रवीणता सूची तैयार की जायेगी। अभ्यर्थियों के समान अंक होने पर जिस अभ्यर्थी की आयु अधिक होगी, का चयन किया जायेगा। यदि 02 अभ्यर्थियों की जन्मतिथि भी एक समान होती है, तो शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा में अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थी का चयन किया जायेगा। प्रतीक्षा सूची नही बनायी जायेगी।
