- Handover of the patient in each shift.
- Direct patient care.
- Checking vital signs.
- Demonstrates skill in IV cannulation, NG tube insertion, Catheterization, etc.
- Attending rounds with doctors.
- Carry out doctor’s order.
- Inform abnormal findings to the doctor.
- Maintain confidentiality of the patient.
- Documentation and recording.
- Impart health education.
- Maintain cleanliness of the unit.
- Adhere to NABH standards, Quality & Infection Control practices
- Reporting and recording.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by the management
